HISTORICAL AND TECHNICAL NOTES
A great Salento classic, a lively and fresh white that well expresses balance and flavor. Famous throughout the world, here in Salento Chardonnay has found an environment particularly suited to its cultivation. The grapes are harvested in August and subjected to cryomaceration. A period of refinement in thermoregulated steel tanks follows.

REFINEMENT
Steel and bottle.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
At sight it presents a bright straw yellow color. The nose reveals hints of yellow fruit, peach and plum, delicate floral touches and pleasant minerality. The sip surprises for the freshness and the satisfying flavor. The finish in the mouth has a good persistence.
